Very well put and true. I’m not a teen but I’m probably just as bad on this issue, I go in and out of being proactive about reducing my screen time and just giving in and wasting hours a day on my phone or computer. It’s tough — the quick fix of being mildly entertained all the time is tempting, even when you know you’ll feel bad about yourself at the end of the day about wasting so much time.
